At Caronic Trading LLC, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. Our warranty terms ensure that our customers receive reliable and satisfactory service. Please read the following warranty terms carefully:

 

General Warranty Terms

Coverage: All Caronic products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers both domestic and international purchases.

Services: We will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail during normal use within the warranty period. Repairs or replacements will be made at no charge for parts or labor, with the customer responsible for any transportation costs.

 

Specific Product Warranties

  • Car Accessories: Includes items such as car multimedia systems, parking sensors, interior and exterior accessories, and care products. These products come with a 12-month warranty.
  • Auto Services: Warranty on auto services, such as detailing, varies between 3 to 10 years depending on the specific service provided.

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  1. External Interference: Issues like static, noise, antenna problems, or weak reception.
  2. Installation Costs: Costs for installing, removing, or reinstalling the product.
  3. Consequential Damage: Damage to software, camcorders, discs, speakers, accessories, or vehicle electrical systems.
  4. Cosmetic Damage: Negligence, misuse, abuse, failure to follow operating instructions, accidental spills, or customer-applied cleaners.
  5. Environmental Damage: Damage or loss due to environmental causes such as floods, chemicals, salt, hail, windstorms, lightning, or extreme temperatures.
  6. Accidental Damage: Damage or loss due to accidents, road hazards, fire, theft, or vandalism.
  7. Improper Installation: Damage due to improper installation, connection to equipment of another manufacturer, modification, use of a faulty disc, or improper cleaning.
  8. Unauthorized Repairs: Products that have been opened or tampered with by anyone other than authorized Caronic technicians.

 

Warranty Procedure

To obtain warranty service, an original or copy of the sales receipt from the original retailer is required. Online auction confirmations from non-authorized sellers are not accepted for warranty verification. Caronic reserves the exclusive right to repair, replace the product, or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion.

 

Important Notes

  • Repairs Warranty: Repairs have a 30-day warranty. If the unit is still under its original warranty, the new warranty is 30 days or the remainder of the original 12 months, whichever is longer.
  • Remote, Parking Sensor, Horn: Products must be in their original box and unharmed. Warranty is void if fixed by a non-professional, wires are cut improperly, or the unit is damaged before or after installation.
  • Push Start: All push start products come with a one-year warranty. Caronic.com installation includes a one-year warranty. Installation by the customer warrants only the motherboard.
