Retun Policy

If you are not happy with the product that you have purchased, if it is defected, or if you simply
don’t want the product anymore, don’t worry. Because we always value our customers and keep this right for
them to buy the best and most suitable product.
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we can refund the purchase price or
exchange those products with other products subject to following conditions:

 

  • You need to inform us within 3 days after receiving the product.
  • It should be in the original packing and not used.
  • Any scratched, damaged, or water affected products will not be accepted.

We are unable to refund gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.

For any electronic item with installation once installed can’t change or return if device working as well
for fixing window film for car, home, office in case of remove after fix money can’t back.

How to return an unwanted product?

Returning the unwanted products is very easy. Simply send us an email on support@caronic.com
and attach the invoice copy with the product picture. You will be refunded after we receive and check the situation
of the product. If the product is purchased by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
If not you can provide a bank account so we can refund the amount to your bank. Or you can simply
order another product.

refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment.

Cancel or Replace any purchased item:
within 24 hours, send invoice with reference number to support@caronic.com to process cancelation your order, free of cost.
Otherwise you will be charged 50 AED.

Delivery fee

If the product is defected, or wrong product is sent to you we will be responsible for the return delivery fee.
Or else, the buyer must pay for the return delivery fee unless the buyer wants to exchange the product with a
higher amount product.
