General Return Policy

Domestic Returns (UAE):
- Items shipped within the UAE can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
- For electronic items that have been installed, returns are not accepted if the device is working correctly.
- For window film installations on cars, homes, or offices, payments are non-refundable once the film has been installed.
International Returns:
- Items shipped outside the UAE can be returned within 15 to 30 days of receipt.
- Processing international returns may take up to several weeks. Once we receive the item, processing may take up to two business days, with refunds taking 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your payment method.

Return Process

Initiate Return:

- Include pictures or videos of the item if there is a quality-related issue.

Return Package:
- Include the following in the return package:
- Order number and product name.
- Shipping label (on the outside of the package).
- Reason for return.

Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to consumer reasons (change of mind, etc.), the consumer is responsible for shipping fees.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items), Caronic will cover the shipping fees.
- No restocking fee will be charged.

Processing Time:
- After the courier receives your item, it may take several days for us to process your return.
- Refunds will appear on your payment card statement within 5 to 7 business days after processing.

Return Address:
- Contact us before returning any items to confirm the correct return address. Items sent back without prior arrangement will not be accepted.

Policy Exclusions
Products are not covered by our return and refund policy if:
- The product is not distributed by Caronic.
- The product has been worn, damaged, or contaminated.
- The product has been stored or exposed to extreme environments.
- There has been unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, or improper installation.
- Partial goods of complete sets are returned.
- The claim is made more than 30 days after receiving the item.
