Shipping & Delivery

Due to the situation of the COVID-19, for the moment we are not accepting walk-in customers
for installation, sells both our Shop and Office are closed. And Regarding for Orders Online
we are not accepting COD (Cash On Delivery) for the moment

we are just accepting card payment, and for delivery it will take time.

You can expect delivery (within UAE) of most items within 1 to 2 business days of your order, excluding holidays, unless notified otherwise.

international shipping based on Customs clearance and shipping cargo.

All other shipping methods are based on your selection at checkout.

Orders are shipped domestically and internationally.

International Shipping 

Caronic Trading LLC (Caronic.com)  is not responsible for customs duty on any country Destination of the item purchased by customer. Customer must check first the law and terms and condition of their country’s customs before place the order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated by the total price of the item(s) in your shopping cart. Shipping charges can be found on the shopping cart page at check out.

If you are shipping your order to another person, be sure to contact that person to expect the shipment. Better yet, consider using our gift wrap option with a personalized message to let them know it’s from you.

Caronic Trading LLC (Caronic.com) , in conjunction with our shipping and delivery partner companies, will attempt to deliver a product on the projected delivery date. Our shipping and delivery partners do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Shipping offers are only for 300 AED above.( in UAE )

Orders returned due to invalid shipping addresses or being refused by the recipient will be refunded less the shipping cost.

The Caronic Trading LLC (Caronic.com)   is not responsible for:

Products and items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer
Decreased product quality due to a re-route requested by the customer
Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the package recipient
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery, at the address supplied by the customer

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. You will not be charged for items that are ordered, but not shipped. We may require additional verification’s or information before accepting any order.
