• Caronic Trading LLC is not responsible for customs duties or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are advised to check their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are based on the total price of the items in your shopping cart and will be displayed at checkout.
• All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed and shipped both domestically and internationally.
• Orders shipped to another person should ensure the recipient is aware of the shipment. Consider using our gift wrap option with a personalized message.

Delivery and Responsibilities

• Caronic Trading LLC, in partnership with our shipping and delivery companies, will attempt to deliver products on the projected delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as our partners do not telephone prior to delivery.
• Orders returned due to invalid shipping addresses or refusal by the recipient will be refunded less the shipping cost.
