Domestic Shipping (UAE)
- Expect delivery of most items within 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays, unless otherwise notified.
- Free shipping for orders above 200 AED.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the total price of the item(s) in your shopping cart and can be viewed during checkout.
International Shipping
- Delivery times vary based on customs clearance and shipping methods selected at checkout.
- Caronic Trading LLC is not responsible for customs duties or any additional charges imposed by the destination country. Customers are advised to check their country’s customs regulations before placing an order.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are based on the total price of the items in your shopping cart and will be displayed at checkout.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Processing and Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped both domestically and internationally.
- Orders shipped to another person should ensure the recipient is aware of the shipment. Consider using our gift wrap option with a personalized message.
Delivery and Responsibilities
- Caronic Trading LLC, in partnership with our shipping and delivery companies, will attempt to deliver products on the projected delivery date. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as our partners do not telephone prior to delivery.
- Orders returned due to invalid shipping addresses or refusal by the recipient will be refunded less the shipping cost.
- Caronic Trading LLC is not responsible for:
- Products delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
- Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address or re-routing requested by the customer.
- Product quality issues caused by improper handling by the recipient.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery.
Order Acceptance Policy
- Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt.
- We may supply less than the quantity ordered without prior notice. You will only be charged for items shipped.
- Additional verification or information may be required before accepting an order.
